The law permits for transfer of assets and properties of the owner to somebody else that they wish.

Another way of removing the property is to give away the property to the people as gift to whom they wish. One can give gifts up to 12000$ per person /year. By doing like this they need not pay any gift tax on that money. Many people give away their estates to their grand children as gifts that extend up to $12000 each.
